Randy Porter: County Executive
As the County Executive, Randy Porter essentially serves as the CEO and CFO of Putnam County. With his usual calm and steady demeanor, Randy talks to us about the daily responsibilities of his job, the things he sees on the horizon, and how serving as the EMS Director for 30 years prepared him for what he’s doing now.
